PA to Operations Board - International property investment company!
This is an incredibly interesting and varied role supporting the central operations of a highly successful real estate firm based in stunning offices in Chelsea. Duties will involve PA support to the CFO, General Counsel and one Head alongside wider Office Management and HR admin.
We are looking for an experienced PA who has solid exposure at board level to the operational aspects of a professional and corporate office.
Duties will include extensive diary management, travel, correspondence and stakeholder management alongside reporting, overseeing the HR administration functions and presentations for investors. It is hugely varied!
We are looking for an experienced PA/EA ideally with experience within a similar sector such as boutique finance. You must have strong business acumen, at least Int/Adv Microsoft Office skills and excellent communication skills.
Ideally you will be available immediately although they will wait notice for the right person.
