A highly successful boutique finance office is currently offering a fantastic opportunity for a committed, hardworking and ambitious PA to join their London team. The office beautifully decorated with slick modern interior, and the team very much have a close working, "family feel". The environment is super fast paced, and very demanding, but also really friendly and collaborative.
As the PA / Office Manager you will be the absolute lynch pin and go-to person in the office. This is a hybrid role consisting of 30% Office Management and 70% PA support to the Senior Executives. It would suit a poised, organised and discreet individual that is happy to "roll their sleeves up" and muck in. You will be able to have a good working relationship with the team, with some banter, but also the maturity to know when to focus!
Main responsibilities as PA / Office Manager:
- Provide extensive diary management for the senior executives
- Organise international travel and Roadshows - flights, Visas, hotels, detailed itineraries
- Assist in the preparation for client meetings and pitches with various documentation
- Taking minutes in meetings, distributing, actioning and following up
- Monthly expenses
- Acting as first point of contact; welcoming guests, offering refreshments and over the phone
- Collating presentations
- Ensuring office supplies are kept stocked and maintained
- First point of contact for any office question/queries
- Ad-hoc administration for the senior Execs
- Ambassador for the business at all times
Main requirements for PA / Office Manager:
- A proven background as a PA / Team Assistant / Office Manager
- Ability to book complex international travel, and preferably roadshows
- A financial service background is desirable
- Hardworking, ambitious, elegant, loyal and passionate personality
- Good sense of humour
- Strong IT Microsoft skills
