Part-time Administration Assistant in Fashion
This is a fantastic opportunity to provide full administrative support to Creative Director of this luxury boutique fashion brand.
As Administration Assistant you will be supporting the Creative Director on the day to day processes of design and production for each season. You will be liaising with overseas suppliers, managing diaries and schedules, responding and prioritising emails, researching current trends, producing presentations, sourcing fabric samples, processing orders, booking travel and itineraries for complex overseas business trips, assisting with finance and managing website and social media content. It’s busy and varied requiring exceptional organisational and communication skills with a real attention to detail. They are a small team so you will need to comfortable working on your own initiative and managing your workload. In order to be considered you must have some experience in fashion or textiles or similar in an admin capacity with basic Indesign and/or Photoshop skills. The role is part-time so you need to be able to commit to 3 days a week on a fixed 1 year maternity contract. Think this could be the role for you? Send in your CV today.
