Tower TMO is a Tenant Management Organisation that manages block cleaning, ground maintenance and a concierge service for their residents on behalf of London Borough of Hackney. The board of the TMO is made of Tower residents who are governed by a legal contract with the Council, known as the management agreement. This agreement outlines what services the TMO is responsible for and what services the council is responsible for. The services provided by TMOs are mainly funded by the management fees paid by the Council under the management agreement. Tower is based in Hackney, a 5 minute walk from Dalston Junction
Your new role
Hackney TMO has an exciting opportunity for a part time administrative and project professional to work on a temporary but ongoing basis Monday through to Wednesday. The successful candidate will be supporting with the new administrative systems implementation, ensuring that they can be easily managed and updated. You will be undertaking administrative tasks along with maintaining tenants' records, generating reports, establishing postal procedures and manual computer files.
What you'll need to succeed
A strong background in administration including technical experience in maintaining and installing back office systems, creating usable computer files, and managing databases. You must also be seeking part time employment, this is a 3 day a week role, and be happy to work autonomously and have the drive and self-management to work alone.
