Finance Assistant for Advertising Agency

This is an established independent creative agency with an unrivalled client base located in London's bustling West End.

• Accurate entry of all purchase invoices to all four companies, ensuring the Jobsite is updated correctly
• Updating the bank accounts across the companies
• Posting credit card expenses, other expenses and petty cash expenses to Sage
• Bank reconciliations
• Set up supplier payments for mid-point and end of the month runs
• Assisting the Finance Manager with forecasting and management reports

You will have:

• Previous experience of working as a Finance Assistant
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Exceptional IT skills with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and Sage
• An excellent standard of literacy and numeracy
• An excellent communication and administrational skills
• Ability to think creatively and solve problems
• Understanding and appreciation of confidentiality of data management
• AAT or similar qualifications preferred
