We are a boutique Support and Secretarial Recruitment Consultancy focused predominantly on the Media, Brands and Luxury Goods sectors. Based in the heart of London W1 (a spitting distance from Oxford Street) we launched the business 8 years ago and are thrilled to be supplying outstanding temporary and permanent staff to London's most high profile and sought after companies.

Due to unprecedented growth we are looking to expand our team. Specifically we are looking to recruit a Trainee Consultant/Resourcer. The role will involve building upon our existing Client base by initiating, developing and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients. You will resource for and interview candidates and place them in suitable permanent and contract opportunities. You will help to manage the payroll system and liaise daily with our outsourced payroll function. You will handle all administrative requests relating to Temps, attend meetings with Clients and events in order to secure new business.

Opportunities abound to grow and develop your role. We envisage that the right individual will recruit a team of equally motivated consultants and that this person will take on managerial responsibilities in time. You are a graduate calibre individual with outstanding interpersonal skills and the hunger, drive and ambition to excel in a Sales position. You will have a strong customer service work ethic and ideally some experience of fast paced retail or FMCG environments. You are financially astute, IT savvy with fantastic organisational and administrative ability.

You are emotionally intelligent with a brilliant sense of humour and the ability to judge several things at once without losing your cool! You are quick to learn and keen to make your mark. Basic Salary £22,000 per annum with the opportunity to earn up to £30,00 in your first year.
