PA in Presidents Office – Investments – City (highest exposure role)
An expanding and incredibly successful boutique investment client of ours is actively seeking a Personal Assistant to come in to support in this busy and varied role. Based in stunning offices (newly renovated) with a friendly team you will support the team in the Presidents office including the President himself alongside the Executive Assistant to the President (charming!) with diary management (ipad via gmail, Outlook and bespoke system), meeting room management, preparation and binding of board packs, meeting & greeting high profile clients, expenses management and other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Presidents office. The role is available due to promotion!

You will be graduate calibre with strong academics, have a smart switched-on attitude, be able to think three steps ahead at all times as the schedules change often, not be afraid of doing the basics and more senior tasks as required. Experience within a boutique office would be desirable as you will understand the culture, finance is a must, and a year to 18 months experience in a similar role would be an advantage though a rising star is wanted so less will be considered!
