Resourcing Manager

Resourcing Manager - City of London - ASAP Start - Temp to Perm- £20-22k

A well known and established City based Finance recruitment firm are currently looking for a Resourcer/Candidate Manager to join their Banking & Finance Temporary Division. This is a fast paced role which you will be providing front line support to three existing consultants as the division continues to expand.

The Resourcer role will predominantly involve supporting the most Senior Consultants within the company and working alongside them to deliver exceptional service to both candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

*Interview and assess candidates against specific competencies where appropriate
*Respond to candidate applications in a timely and effective manner including reviewing, updating and uploading CV's
*Deliver a courteous and practical service to candidates
*Answer telephone calls and deal with queries in an efficient manner
*Ensure all relevant legal paperwork are complete and filed e.g. candidate agreements
*Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as requested by the Manager
*Provide a cooperative and proactive administrative service to the team
*Accurately and promptly record all information gained on the database
*Produce timely and accurate reports when required
*General administrative tasks e.g. photocopying, filing, archiving and maintenance

Skills and Attributes

*Experience within a corporate environment
*Ability to work to tight deadlines
*Ability to work effectively in a close team environment
*High degree of resilience
*Ability to plan & prioritise workload
*Communicate clearly and concisely with candidates
*MS Excel skills

The Resourcing role also has the potential to progress into a Consultant position, managing your own roles and clients so this an excellent opportunity!
