Tiger Recruitment are currently recruiting a Private PA, who is eligible to work and live in the USA, to support a HNW Individual and family, based in Manhattan, New York.
This is a wonderful long term opportunity for an experienced and highly impressive Private PA to support a charming couple and their young family. The role will be a mix of remote support, as well as based from their Manhattan residence, supporting full time Monday- Friday but with flexibility required. The family have high expectations and are seeking a solutions based, proactive PA who can work closely alongside them but with huge autonomy and minimal supervision.
The role will include all traditional private PA and administration duties to the family, sourcing all staff, event organisation, travel and diary management, personal shopping and project management.
The family are seeking a highly experienced, capable and discreet Private PA who is exceptionally well mannered, well presented and highly personable. Absolute discretion is key at all times as well as being resilient, flexible and highly adaptable.
All applicants must have right to live and work in the USA. Relocation costs will not be covered. A 2nd language would be desirable but not essential.
