The Role of the Citizenship PA (supporting the International Pro Bono Director and citizenship team) is an integral part of the successful delivery of programmes in the sphere of corporate responsibility.
This Legal PA role is very much part of the team and responsibilities extend beyond the Legal PA role for the Pro Bono Director, although that is primary responsibility.The Pro Bono Director of the firm is responsible for the development of the pro bono practice of the International firm and co-leads the social enterprise practice and has supervision responsibilities for the citizenship programme generally.

Primary Responsibility:
PA to the International Pro Bono Director
Diary management; meeting planning;
Event organisation and accompanying arrangements
Assistance with team co-ordination and preparation of presentation materials;
Team member for hosting events;
Maintaining records and accounts; time sheets;
Responsibilities including handling cash from charitable events; expenses;
Compilation of data around recorded citizenship hours by members of the firm.
Additional Responsibilities
Identifying volunteers and managing rotas of volunteers to ensure we need our citizenship project needs;
Assisting the Community Affairs and Matched Charitable giving officers with administration related to our schools programmes and skills based volunteering programmes
Arranging DBS checks for volunteers with schools and vulnerable adults;
The ability to stay late on occasions to act as co-host for events;
