Our client is a fast growing and innovative company who have won multiple awards across a range of areas including customer service and revolutionary trading products. 

Our client is looking for an experienced, professional and dynamic PA who uses their own initiative to add to their talented team. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator who strives, working with others, to deliver results. They will also be an effective communicator and willing to accept responsibility. The ideal candidate will be professional, flexible and more importantly confident. 

Key responsibilities include:
• Structuring and maintaining a filing system appropriate for an international Legal Department
• Ensuring that all new work is identified and then forwarded to the appropriate person
• Liaising with senior managers of the company 
• Typing and amending all reports/correspondence/documentation etc.
• Maintaining a positive approach and accepting challenges with open and honest feedback.
• Taking all steps to maintain appropriate client confidentiality
• Maintaining the diary and screening all telephone calls
• Arrange travel for senior members of staff 
• Preserve a database of legal fees and produce monthly reports on these. 
• Preparing an annual budget and ensuring that the budget is monitored throughout the year

Candidates applying for this role must have the following skills:
• Audio typing
• Extensive PA experience
• PA experience and experience within the legal sector (desirable not essential)
• The ability to meet demanding deadlines and to work on their own. 

This role will suit a professional, organized and pro-active individual who has a very good eye for detail.
