This award-winning Branding Agency, dealing with some of the biggest clients around, is looking for a creative and talented candidate to act as Front of House/Team Co-ordinator.  A role that combines the diversity of Front of House with studio management and Team Co-ordination, duties for this all-round role, which will see you exposed to all the different teams and levels of this growing Agency, will include:

- Ensuring FOH is impeccable
- Answering phones and ensuring calls reach the correct person
- Organise Agency travel arrangements - including itineraries and Visas
- Co-ordinating meeting rooms
- Supporting Account Management teams with some PA duties
- Support/assist the Creative teams
- Collating New Business updates
- Dealing with press enquiries
- Ensuring stationery and supplies are always plentiful and well-stocked
- Assisting with PowerPoint presentations
- Manage timesheets and expenses
- Ad hoc assistance as and when required

This is an Agency who has a very clear Brand Strategy and will need someone who can buy into this and hit the ground running, fitting in with the creative and fast-paced Agency culture which they have.  In this position, you will need to be very organised, with an exceptional phone manner.
