Investment Team Assistant, Victoria, Salary £30,000pa plus bonus

My client, a dynamic, entrepreneurial Investment firm is looking for a Team Assistant who will coordinating marketing and administrative aspects for the team. This is a small company of 7 people.

The ideal candidate will be reporting to the Head of Investment and the main purpose of the role is to ensure that the contact and portfolio data is accurate whilst making the best use of Salesforce CRM.

The key responsibilities are :-

• Updating team marketing materials
• Co-ordinating press releases about new investments
• Organising email shots to corporate finance contacts
• Organising trips, hospitality events, dinners etc
• Legal document filing
• Organising board meetings
• Diary management
• Expenses processing
• Taking minutes at team meetings
• Phone and email response management
