A high end and prestigious company based in North West London has a position available in the Hospitality Department for a Client Services Executive to join their vibrant and exciting team. Working on a prestigious client portfolio, this position will be responsible for handling client accounts, coordinating European travel packages and sourcing good deals.

Duties of this role will include:

* Handling incoming phone calls and queries from high profile clientele
* Dealing with client queries via email
* Proactively maintaining relationships with clients
* Researching hotels, restaurants, clubs and other entertainment venues in London
* Sourcing and researching destinations, flights and coordinating overall holiday packages
* Using information to create packages to suit client requirements
* Making reservations on in house database
* Offering a high level of client services at all times
* Administrative tasks

Candidate profile:

* Previous experience in Customer Services and Administration essential
* Previous experience managing lifestyle or leisure requests desirable
* Excellent communication skills written and verbal
* Excellent IT skills
