My client is a really impressive organisation based in the heart of the west end. They are looking for a superb Team Assistant to come on board and support a really busy team of high achievers. A no job is too big or too small attitude is needed here as is the intent to muck-in with whatever needs doing.
It really is a team and everyone works together and helps each other out. It is also very busy MOST of the time so you need to enjoy a fast pace. You'll be doing lots of scheduling, formatting of CVs, managing various databases and basically being a crucial cog in the wheel.
Someone coming from an administrative role will work really well in this and perhaps this is the stepping stone to get into more of a PA role. The current incumbent has done just that.
