Senior PA | Property consultancy | West End, London

I am recruiting for a highly successful and ambitious property consultancy of around 70 people turning over 1.4m based in the West End of London.  My client has a play hard work hard culture and personality fit is key for this role. You must be friendly, outgoing and enjoy their sociable culture!

The current Senior PA is going on Maternity leave so they require an experienced PA who has worked at a senior level to support the Managing Directors, Operations Director and Head of the London Office enabling them to deliver a first class service to their external clients.

As part of a fast growing business, the role is responsible for ensuring that the office and administrative processes are constantly reviewed to ensure that they continue to reflect the needs of the business.  This requires a pro-active approach and an individual who keeps close to the business by building trusted relationships with all employees.

As well as providing high end PA and secretarial support additional responsibilities include event support and organisation alongside the Marketing and Business Development Executive, and assisting with any ad hoc admin duties for the HR Manager which includes working on PowerPoint presentations.

Senior PA:

  • High end PA and secretarial support to the two Managing Directors, Operations Director and Head of the London Office
  • Full diary management
  • Arrange formal and informal meetings with clients and employees
  • Assisting with work allocation for placing surveys and liaising with MD’s
  • Typing of reports/minutes/correspondence/emails etc.
  • Collating Board Papers
  • Minute taking where required
  • Arranging travel

Skills and experience:

  • PA experience at a Senior level
  • Client focussed, providing excellent support to stakeholders
  • A self-starter with initiative, drive and motivation to succeed
  • A service orientated individual with good inter-personal skills who can work as part of a team
  • Advanced MS Office skills including PowerPoint
  • Property background
