Working with one of the market leaders within Corporate Communications, Public Relations and Public Affairs our client is a thriving Public Relations Agency that has remained a success story during testing economic times.

Supporting the financial PR  team this post requires a bright and conscientious PA/Personal Assistant to support a team of 7 executives with the day to day running of their busy department to include meeting/travel arrangements, supporting the events management, PowerPoint pitch creation, administering the internal CRM system and updating where necessary as well as verbal and written communication with clients such within corporate communications and telecoms,  therefore it is essential this smart and well presented PA/Personal Assistant possesses an excellent telephone manner.

This role will provide the Personal Assistant/PA the opportunity to use their initiative and take responsibility for their own decisions therefore seek an analytical problem solver who can quickly and accurately identify key issues.

Hours are 9am to 5.30pm.
