It is essential you have recent experience of at least three years in supporting at senior level and managing extensive diaries and global travel that will consistently change at the last minute. It is important that you are able to efficiently book comprehensive multi-stop travel including visas and full logistics. You are currently prioritising high volumes of emails, regularly handling an inbox of 50+ each morning that all require attention and responses. The ability to remain calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities is the key and the ability to build rapport quickly as you will be liaising with high profile clients and colleagues alike.
