Leveraged Finance Paralegal to £40,000 + lots of paid OT

A top US Law Firm is looking to hire a new Paralegal to work in the Leveraged Finance and Finance Knowledge Management team. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents and reports, checklists and other transaction documents, conducting searches and submitting filing including Companies House, Land Registry and any other searches in connection with the specific transaction, assisting the team with closings, document deliveries and preparation of closing folders, closing sets and deal submission forms, ensuring deal knowhow and precedents are added to the firm global Knowledge Management database, including profiling of precedents, knowhow and deal information. You will also be working with the Finance Knowledge Management Lawyer to assist in the preparation and delivery of standard forms, know-how, precedents, deal information and all other legal information within the London finance team and keeping track of updates in the industry standard forms such as Loan Market Association forms. Candidates must have previous Finance Paralegal experience within a financial practice or a law firm, along with excellent attention to detail and advanced skills using Microsoft office packages. Stunning offices are based in the City and standard hours are 9:30 - 17:30 - however flexibility is needed as there is a good chance there will be overtime.
