We are looking for a dynamic mortgage & protection adviser to join our growing team in one of London’s most progressive financial advisers. The ideal candidate will be a CeMap qualified mortgage & protection adviser. So if you are an adviser who was previously employed by a bank, estate agent or another financial institution and you have an excellent track record of achieving and exceeding your targets then this may be the perfect role for you. Job Description: • Contacting clients and organising meetings either within our office or in clients' homes or business • Conducting in-depth reviews of clients’ financial circumstances, current provision and future aims • Analysing information and preparing plans/arranging mortgages best suited to individual clients' requirements • Researching the marketplace and providing clients with information on new and existing products and services / mortgages • Liaising with financial services providers and other professionals, if necessary • Producing financial reports • Key Skills & Experience: • CeMap qualification • Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook • In depth technical knowledge and understanding of all financial planning areas • Excellent compliance record with detailed understanding of the compliance requirements • Highly organised, methodical, analytical and disciplined • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and ability to build strong lasting • Excellent questioning and listening skills particularly in uncovering clients’ objectives Excellent pay structure with a basic and commissions.
