My client, a global corporate PR firm is looking for a Team Assistant to join their busy London office on a 12 month contract starting January. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading PR firm in a dynamic and fast paced environment. The ideal candidate must be bright, organised and highly proactive.
The key Team Assistant duties will involve diary management, scheduling meetings, coordinating corporate entertainment, updating the database and booking international travel arrangements. You will also be responsible for monitoring press coverage, sending press releases, research for new business, creating PowerPoint presentations and you will also act as the press/client contact for the team. You must have advanced IT skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
The ideal candidate will have worked prior as a Team Assistant in a fast paced corporate environment and must be able to balance lots of demands at once. You will ideally be degree educated and have good writing skills. You must be friendly, have great attention to detail, a positive attitude and be able to take your own initiative.
