Reception / Office Assistant
An Executive Search firm based in the City, seek an Office Assistant. This role would suit a recent graduate with experience as a Receptionist/Office Assistant, looking to temp in a great location.
This temporary assignment is for a week, to start from 24th October.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Setting up for audio and visual requirements (e.g. presentations, conference calls)
- Processing incoming and outgoing post
- Arranging for couriers and organising transportation
- Maintaining and replenishing office supplies
- Supporting the team wherever possible!
