PA to Senior MD and team in asset management

We have a great opportunity for a dedicated PA to a Senior MD and his team and join this area of a world-renowned asset management firm in Mayfair with a great sense of pride in their identity.
 
You would be part of a tight knit team who have a very strong culture supporting from SMD right through to Analyst level. There is definitely a small company feel to the team, so a can-do attitude and the passion to muck-in where needed is a must while an understanding of Financial Services will certainly be advantageous. The role will encompass anything from arranging travel and managing diaries to processing expenses but we are however looking for a high level of commitment, attention to detail and overall a strong but friendly individual who genuinely cares about making the team's day run smoothly and seeing the potential for improvement and making their lives easier in all respects. Along with the two other PAs, you will also take it in turns to meet and greet visiting clients and guests so we are looking for a proven level of experience in a similar support role but a non-status conscious approach too.
 
This a superb role for a calm and level headed individual to seamlessly look after a busy but collaborative team.
 
In return they are offering up to £43k, depending on experience, excellent medical care, pension, discretionary bonus and 22 days holiday rising to 25. Core hours are 9am-6pm.
