Senior All rounder: PA/Office Manager/Events Assistant
An extremely exciting and varied 9-12 month maternity contract has arisen working for a long standing client of ours, a hugely successful real-estate investment management firm based in the heart of London. Based in beautiful offices and working as part of a supportive team, you will be required to manage the office and reception area, carry out general HR administration tasks coupled with overflow PA support and assisting in organising events. This is an all round, senior level lynchpin role which requires professionalism, flexibility and the ability to build relationships internally and work as part of a team. The nature of the role being so varied is due to the duration the current incumbent has been with the company! They will be seeking solid experience gained within a similar all round/varied capacity and within an international and client focused environment. The ability to hit the ground running with gravitas whilst remaining calm and flexible is essential. Salary banding based on level of experience £40,0000-£50,000. Must be able to start within the next coupe of months - interviewing asap.
