Ledger Clerk, 18K-22K, Central London

We are looking for an experienced Ledger Clerk to join our client on a permanent basis. They are one of the maintainers, servicers and providers of copiers and printers established over 20 years ago. With their business increasing in the past year, this is a great opportunity for a ledger clerk to join them and grow with the company

What does the role consist of?

Your main duty will be to look after the posting of cash receipts and payments for their group of companies. This will include;

  • Posting of bank receipts and payments
  • Bank reconciliations for all group companies
  • Cash books
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages on behalf of the team
  • Filing/copying
  • Along with any adhoc duties that might be require.

What will the successful candidate be like?

  • Experienced in Reconciliations and general financial admin
  • Highly experienced in using Excel and Word
  • Good attention to detail
  • Responsible and trustworthy
  • A real team player with a desire to succeed.
