We have an amazing opportunity working as a PA at a very high profile Sports brand based in stunning West End offices. The role is supporting a Head of Department and their team of 6 people. The PA duties will include diary management, expenses, extensive travel for the team and general life management for the Head of Department. In time, once trust is built, the PA will have full access to the Head of Department’s inbox and must be comfortable being client facing, providing a first class service when clients come to the office. There may also be the opportunity to travel occasionally with the role to provide hospitality at certain events. The pace in this office is full on and the team travel internationally constantly, so the successful PA must be used to working across multiple time zones and used to managing a very large workload. The PA will need to be contactable outside of office hours and be comfortable with a demanding role.

Our client is hugely well known and with this comes a lot of perks, however ultimately we are looking for a PA with the right attitude. The PA must be down to earth, happy to muck in, not afraid of hard work and happy to work as part of a team. The PA must have a huge amount of common sense and be very logical and able to prioritise their workload.
