Associate Recruitment Consultant - City based - £25 OTE

Fully supporting a team of busy recruitment consultants, the role will offer early responsibility and fantastic career progression and a lucrative future.

We would expect you to earn the following within a 3 year period:

1st year OTE - £25,000

2nd year OTE - £35,000 - £45,000

3rd year OTE - £80K plus.

Job description:

• Attracting and resourcing high calibre candidates through a variety of means and advertising
• Contacting suitable candidates by phone to pre-screen them for technical ability, communication skills and general suitability
• Greeting and pre-interviewing candidates
• Writing job advertisements
• Eventually being responsible for the full interview and assessment process of candidates following the completion of initial training
• Attending client meetings with consultants to take briefings
• Working closely with consultants on various recruitment projects/senior level appointments
• Covering consultants desk when they are away
