PA - Immediate start

We are currently recruiting a PA for a Business Psychologists based in the West End. The salary will be £28,000- £32,000 pa, dependant on experience.

The role will involve supporting 4-5 Managing Consultants and Senior Consultants across various clients and projects and supporting the team. This position will also include some client liaising and being the key point of contact for clients.

The role requires someone who is degree educated 2.1 or above, or equivalent and possesses grade A’s and B’s at A’ level, or equivalent. 2 years of previous PA experience is essential.

The role will include:

• Supporting the Consultants daily.
• Complex diary management and scheduling large volumes of client appointments.
• Proof reading a variety of documents including presentations.
• Creating presentations
• Travel booking (some international)
• Inbox management for the teams
• Client Liaising
• Client administration
• Editing, formatting and binding of materials as necessary

This is a really busy position and so resilience and the ability to adapt to different consultants work styles is essential.
