Our client is one of the top international law firms, they are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to work in their highly prestigious offices working on a shift pattern of 12:00 – 20:00. The ideal candidate will be articulate, switched on and eager to assist in a front of house environment.


Key Tasks:

  • Meeting and greeting and being the first point of contact for external and internal users
  • Working closely with Audio Visual Team re set up of video, telephone conferencing and general equipment set up
  • Booking and confirming room booking requests on the internal room booking system for approximately 40 meeting rooms
  • Storing luggage for clients if they wish to leave it
  • Dealing with unexpected queries from external and internal users via email and phone
  • Booking and announcing taxis
  • Working closely with Catering Team – calling the kitchen /pantry when meetings finish, arranging sandwich lunches, set up of coffees and other refreshments in the Client Suite for new meetings.
  • Answering phones and redirecting phone calls
  • Registering clients, calling partners on arrival
  • Liaising with Facilities regarding room combinations and set ups
  • Taking clients’ coats and putting them in our cloakroom

  • Must be unflappable and be able to deal with difficult personalities and requests
  • Being able to prioritise workload
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Ability to use initiative
  • Receptionist experience essential, ideally gained within large professional organisations
  • Immaculate attention to detail
  • Extremely punctual with an excellent attendance record
  • Team player attitude who will offer to help without being asked
  • Presentable with a friendly personality and someone who is able to adapt to changes quickly
  • Reliable, proactive and someone who is able to take instructions well
  • Must be flexible to cover team absences as required
