EA for top Luxury PR Agency

Our client, a top Luxury PR agency, is looking for an exceptionally bright and organised EA to support the Founder in their Central London office. You will be a reliable right-hand figure for the Founder, and as such you will be expected to take charge of an incredibly busy schedule. As board level EA, you will be kept busy in a fast-paced environment, and rewarded with a generous salary and top benefits. As EA, your typical duties will include: extensive email management; liaising with travel agencies to book flights; diary and meeting management; email correspondence with clients at every level; booking taxis and couriers; personal duties such as placing shopping orders and purchasing gifts. As you will be supporting an incredibly busy executive, you must be able to juggle back to back meetings and create time within a hectic diary. You must be able to act as a personable but effective gatekeeper and have experience protecting the time of a senior executive and ensuring a healthy balance of work and personal life.

For this EA role, you MUST have 5+ years of relevant experience as an EA, preferably within Financial PR or a similar industry. You must be proactive, and be able to demonstrate initiative and common sense within a pressured environment, and use your organisational skills to produce excellent results. As the role is heavily client-facing, you must be bright and immaculately presented, and a strong communicator both written and verbally. Experience with both Mac and PC is essential.
