Corporate Paralegal at top US Law Firm – to £40,000 + lots of paid OT
A prestigious US Law Firm is looking to hire a new Paralegal to work in the Corporate M&A team, who will be responsible for forming new entities, preparing, managing and advising in Companies House filings along with providing general transactional support. Duties will include coordinating ongoing projects and activities in either on-site and off-site locations, developing procedures with supervisors for electronic or physical tracking, coding and ensuring quality control system for documents, creates and maintains calendars for transition and distributes to supervisors and other team members, drafts forms, letters and other legal documents for the fee-earners, liaising with clients both verbally and in written, along with outside vendors and other parties and coordinates the timely closure of a transaction to comply with the Firm policies and procedures. Candidates must be degree educated and need to have around 3 years’ experience of working as a Corporate Paralegal. The successful applicants should have strong technical skills in the standard Microsoft office package and excellent communication skills. Stunning offices are based in the City and standard hours are 9:30 - 17:30 - however flexibility is needed as there is a good chance there will be overtime.
