HR Manager - Construction Firm
12 month fixed term contract
The individual will be a HR professional with extensive Employee Relations experience. You must be up to date with your employment legislation knowledge and be able to manage your own case load. This is a fast paced and busy role and will suit someone who works well in a team and autonomously.
Duties and responsibilities include handling grievances, disciplinary and providing advice and support to line managers. This will provide support across the Logistics and Security sectors, however the fast paced environment requires a degree of flexibility and all-round capability.
You must have strong proven experience in a similar role, dealing with ER Generalist issues, ability to work remotely from HR team when required and CIPD qualified is preferred but not essential.
This position will require remote management of ER issues and therefore we need someone with excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally. There will be some travel involved too.
