Our client, a really exciting media & tech company, are looking for an experienced Travel Manager to join their busy offices in London. It will be a hands-on but incredibly rewarding role as you work alongside bright and ambitious people in a fast-paced environment. As Travel Manager, your typical duties will include: managing all aspects of travel for the business (flights, transfers, visas, conference registrations, itineraries, hotel bookings); managing the travel team; working with external suppliers; supporting with large scale travel projects including global events; providing exceptional service to the team, suppliers and VIPs; refine and improve all administrative processes.
You must be an experienced Travel Manager, having worked on large scale and high volume travel programmes. Your success within the role will largely depend on the relationships you develop, so this must be one of your personal strengths. You must excel within a fast-paced environment, utilising your superb organisational skills and initiative. Most importantly you must love your work, and approach it with a positive can-do attitude.
