Part-time Temp to Perm Team Assistant job in the West End.


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time team assistant to join a successful media company based in the West End of London. This will be an ongoing temporary position with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

The main purpose of this role will be to provide ad-hoc administration and secretarial support where required. Your duties will include booking meeting rooms, printing invoices, dealing with expenses and being the first point of contact for both callers and visitors to the office. This is an extremely hands on role with much variation. You will be expected to help out wherever necessary - whether it be preparing agendas for meetings, loading the dishwasher or ordering the weekly food shop! The working hours are to be confirmed but are expected to be 10am-2pm, 3 days per week.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a candidate with a background in either an operational, office management or PA role where they have taken on an array of different tasks.You should enjoy working in a sociable, team environment. This role requires a hands on candidate who can work on their own initiative with little supervision; you will need to be able to pick tasks up quickly.
