Based in beautiful Mayfair offices, this EA will support the CEO and COO with huge amounts of complex international travel, diary management, liaison across continents and time zones, inbox filtering etc. Due to the boutique nature of the office, this EA will also manage a Receptionist and will be the go-to person for general office queries. The business has gone from strength to strength, and it is a hugely exciting time to join as they move into brand new offices. The successful EA must be a strong gatekeeper, and have proven experience of C-level support as well as setting up systems and processes within a corporate financial company.
