Our client, a commercial multi discipline law firm based in the heart of the West End, are looking for an Office Assistant who is proactive, willing to 'muck in' and forward thinking. This is an expanding and innovative law firm.

The Role
- dealing with the post and DX on a daily basis, opening, scanning and distributing the same, and ensuring that all post and DX goes out on time at the end of the day;
- assisting the fee earning departments with their day to day administration tasks;
- taking responsibility for the firm's stationery and office supplies orders, on a bi-weekly basis, and ensuring that the offices are stocked at all times;
- assisting with photocopying and scanning as required;
- keeping the office organised and tidy;
- archiving files; to including scheduling files for pick up and recalling files from the off site storage facility;
- assisting with filing and when required;
- opening files within Quill;
- liaising with the offices at Wood Street, Cameo House, Barnet, Horsham and Manchester;
- covering reception, and assisting with the setting up and clearing of meeting rooms.

The Person
  Administration experience is preferred, but it is not essential.
Computer literate, including a good understanding of all Microsoft Outlook packages.
Professional telephone manner.
Excellent communications kills, both written and oral.
Must be willing to learn new skills.
