The Company
My client is a Accountancy Regulatory Body based in the heart of the City. I am looking for an experienced PA/Project Administrator who is highly organised with a good eye for detail and has Accountancy industry experience. This is a fantastic role for someone who is looking to work for a reputable and dynamic company
The Role
Provide executive level and secretarial support on a 1:1 and team basis;
Prepare and/or distribute agendas, presentations and papers for meetings, including team meetings;
Prepare and/or format complex documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Maintain the team’s systems for project and record management;
Co-ordinate and upload information onto the website;
Carry out specific projects involving use of organisational and report-writing skills;
Assistance with ad hoc tasks and projects as they arise, including providing assistance to others during absences and busy periods.
The Person
Team player with strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Operated in a senior environment and has the ability to operate effectively within a professional environment.
Excellent keyboard skills, a good level of spoken and written English
Experience of project management tools
