Established private equity firm has an opportunity in the London office for a dynamic assistant to support the Director and team.
Your new job at a glance
You'll be:
*Supporting the Director of Equity Markets on a day-to-day basis:
taking calls; relaying client messages accurately; processing expenses; updating team calendars and absence management system; arranging conference calls; booking restaurants/taxis
*Arranging conferences and events when needed, Coordinating all aspects of client entertainment/marketing events, including travel bookings and all other logistics to ensure the smooth running of client facing events
*Using online database to retrieve client related documentation; printing/binding documentation as necessary
*Helping with general meeting arrangements: room bookings; room set-ups; lunch set-ups
About you...
You'll work productively in a high pressure environment and handle new situations with innovation and creativity. Ideally you will have experience within financial services in a PA capacity.
Your qualities:
*Ability to relate well to people at all levels, interacting with external clients and internal staff members with high levels of professionalism
*Effective planning and project management skills to take account of multiple priorities
