My client is looking for a customer focused administrator.

The role will include:

- Dealing with all customer service enquiries by phone and email
- Processing all orders and payments by email, fax or phone
- Reconciling all payment types with the CRM system
- Processing all cheques and bank transfers
- Liaising with Finance Team/Agencies to ensure smooth processing of all orders
- Assisting with end of month reporting
- Assist them in purchasing Foundation products
- Supporting the Fundraising Team with complimentary subscription set up, on-going control and renewal
- Arranging for all customer's to receive the items within package orders
- Assisting with marketing campaigns and customer reporting
- Along with the rest of the team, processing all pre-orders prior to product launch
- Supporting other team members, assisting with their tasks where possible
- Other ad-hoc projects as necessary

They are looking for a motivated, confident and customer-focused team-player who enjoys forming positive working relationships.
You must have excellent spoken and written communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.

Previous customer service experience is advantageous, as are good IT skills!
