Salary: Upto £30,000
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Personal Assistant. You'll be passionate about providing comprehensive and varied PA support whilst maintaining confidentially. Their teams are at the forefront of the business dealing with valued internal and external customers so you'll be as keen as we are to consistently exceed their expectations.
What kind of responsibilities will you have?
*Diary Management - co-ordinate senior and executive meetings and events.
*Prioritising key meetings and tasks and sensitively resolving diary conflicts.
*Travel management - organising travel including accommodation arrangement.
*Event & Project Management.
*Coordination and preparation of documents, presentation material and reports.
*Administration of expenses, invoices and budget tracking.
Successful Personal Assistant candidates should be highly organised with exception attention to detail and comfortable dealing with ambiguity as with structure and daily routine.
