EA to CEO - Maternity Contract Private Equity Upto 45k City of London
We are working alongside an International Private Equity firm who are looking to recruit an experienced, professional EA to support the MD and CEO. This is a busy and varied role and the candidate will be expected to be able to communicate at all levels, have great interpersonal skills and act in accordance with the companies Code of Conduct.
Responsibilities;
*Provide support to the CEO and Managing Director or the London office.
*Proactive Diary Management and preparation for all meetings
*Acting as a primary contact for the CEO and the MD
*Extensive travel arrangements within Europe and organising trips to the US throughout the year
*Monitoring e-mails and highlighting urgent information
*Providing project support
*Amending PowerPoint presentations
*Claiming expenses and dealing with credit card bills
*Drafting correspondence
*Additional assistance that may be required
*May be expected to travel
Candidate Requirements;
*Ideally Degree educated
*Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
*Works well under pressure, to tight deadlines and use initiative
*Confident, professional telephone manner
Working Hours 9am - 5pm
