Our Financial services client is looking for a German and or French speaking Team assistant who could when required also cover reception. Candidates should be professional and keen to work in a corporate environment. Excellent client services skills are also essential as there is a great deal of contact with German and French speaking clients.
Duties include but are not limited to
Extensive client liaison
Checking and responding to e:mails
Binding marketing materials
Booking meeting and rooms
Welcoming guests and offering refreshments
There is scope to grow in this role and to take on new responsibilites
Key attributes are :
Superb communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible regarding duties
Willingness to learn
Strong MS office skills
