The Company
Our client, a well established, reputable membership association based in Central London, are looking for an experienced Product Executive to join the growing team.

The Role
Responsible for the day to day activity regarding organisation of the product suite within the membership offering.
Maintenance of any SLA’s that exist that describe the products and propositions. 
Monitoring of performance of the products within sectors and all actions that result from this. 
Make a significant contribution to the development of the offerings to meet the increasing demands and expectations of both the organisation and members.
Need to demonstrate excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills when dealing with their needs and expectations.
Frequent need to negotiate and liaise both with internal and external clients to ensure the provision of a valued and expanding offerings 
Operationally manage various revenue generating activities that support the work of the Association
Helps the product management propositions function communicate the standards of each of the propositions in a clear and consistent manner that helps achieve business targets
Helps define what those targets should be within the strategic plan.
Assists in any project work required to develop new or enhanced product offerings.
May have direct responsibility for driving performance of specific products or the consumption of various products to specific sectors to best achieve business objectives.
Web responsibility/Academy Brand developmentInternal and external relationship management

The Person
Good marketing capabilities, particularly in the area of product and services business planning and execution.
Some commercial experience and capability
Good understanding of product and services proposition construction.
Some experience of market research usage and the creation of customer needs mapping.
Ability to work in highly changing commercial environment
Demonstrates a positive attitude and takes ownership and responsibility for work performance
Demonstrates an understanding of customer needs and has a service orientation
Persuades others to support a viewpoint and achieve their participation
