About the role:
My client is looking for a top notch Corporate Front of House Receptionist to join their existing team. You'll be an experienced Receptionist, used to working in a highly professional and corporate environment, with a passion for delivering a first class experience to internal staff and external visitors. Immediate start available with potential permanent role available for the right candidate.
- Meeting and greeting all visitors into the building, ensuring their experience from start to finish is a positive and professional one
- Managing a suite of busy meeting rooms, taking bookings, liaising wiht facilities teams to ensure set up and refreshment requirements are delivered as per request
- Dealing with a wide range of incoming enquiries - taking detailed messages and passing on in a timely fashion
- Liaising with all internal teams
- Ad hoc travel, post and admin support as required
About you:
- Previous experience in a corporate front of house reception role is essential
- Excellent communication skills are a pre-requisite
- Well presented with a positive 'can do' manner
- Available for an immediate start and happy to commit to an ongoing temporary arrangement
- Able to work in a shift pattern that runs from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, with full flexibility around these days and times
