Temporary ongoing – PA to 5 HR Managers – Global Investment Bank 

An opportunity has arisen to join a leading Investment Bank based in Canary Wharf, as an experienced PA to support 5 HR managers on a temporary basis. 

This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding PA who is looking for a truly involved role where you can become an integral part of this high profile business. A background supporting senior management within HR is essential.

Complex diary management, coordinating travel schedules and itineraries, maintaining holiday and sickness records, are all key tasks within this busy, fast paced role.  The key requirement of this role is to deliver and coordinate high level support for the HR team, using your strong organisational and time management skills.  Outstanding communication skills are essential as is the ability to build rapport quickly and easily in this role as you will be liaising with high profile colleagues.

 

Skills/Experience required:

• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
  
  
• Outstanding time management skills and the ability to multi task
  
  
• Competent with MS Office and Lotus notes, particularly Excel
  
  
• Excellent communication skills; you will be communicating with colleagues at all levels of seniority
  
  
• High level of confidentiality, ability to deal with issues in a sensitive manner
