Exciting opportunity to join an international Media/Entertainment company based in West London are currently recruiting an experienced Director level Executive Assistant/PA.   This is a newly created position due to growth, you will provide extensive EA/PA support to a team of five Directors initially, predominantly the HR Director so any exposure to supporting within HR would be beneficial but not essential.  You will join a driven, entrepreneurial, sociable company with offices located globally and over 3,000 staff. 

Duties:

• Extensive diary and email management for your team of five Directors
• Coordinating meetings and agendas
• Organising international travel, visas and itineraries
• Liaising with high net worth clients in person and via phone/email
• Undertaking project work including researching clients and coordinating events
• Assisting with HR/Recruitment projects including onboarding of new staff and staff inductions

• Open to sectors you have previously worked in however exposure to Retail/Leisure or Hospitality would be ideal within a similar size organisation.

Hours: 9-5.30pm
