Our client a boutique finance firm based in Victoria has experienced solid growth and is looking to bring on board a PA to provide comprehensive support at Managing Partner level and a wider team.

The role needs a true gatekeeper to:

  • assist with complete diary and email/inbox management
  • support with extensive travel and meeting scheduling
  • updating and maintaining of databases and expenses
  • work closely with the Office Manager to assist with the logistics of events
  • take on other ad hoc projects/administration.

Working in this driven and international team, the ability to speak French combined with excellent English is essential. Additionally a highly proactive, positive and organised manner alongside a flexible, professional and team-spirited nature is a must.

The hours for this role are 9am - 6pm with out of hours support as and when needed. The role comes with a competitive salary and good benefits.
