Team Assistant to HR Team - Investment Management

£25,000 to £34,000

My client is a leading Investment Management firm in stunning offices in the City of London. They are looking for a Team Assistant to join their HR team. This role will be supporting the HR manager and team of 5 so you must be able to prioritise your workload. Your duties will include:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Booking international travel
  • Booking meetings on and off site
  • Processing of expenses
  • Assisting with the scheduling of interviews
  • Assisting with the new joiner/and leaver administration: offer letters, setting up of benefits etc
  • Liaising with stakeholders of the business to obtain employee information
  • Updating the company HR database
  • Liaising with benefit suppliers
  • Phone coverage

This is a very varied assistant role and you will ideally have previous team assistant experience from within a corporate, professional organisation ideally banking/fs or legal. You must be professional as you will be speaking with senior members of the firm and be personable and articulate.

A secretarial diploma would be preferred but not essential
