Team Assistant - temp to perm

Fantastic Team Assistant role within a leading global investment firm.  This outstanding US-headquartered house has multiple successful investment platforms and this role is to work in one of the most high-profile.

Working closely with both the team members and the firm as a whole, you will be a real organisational lynchpin.  You will have the chance to work closely with an EA, who can mentor you and help you to grow.

The team members are at the top of their game – real high-fliers and exciting people to work with.

You will have a 'can do' attitude and be an outstanding organiser, as tasks will include –

• Diary management, including client liaison
• Meeting preparation
• Travel booking - international, often last minute
• Being the first port of call for your team - excellent phone manner and keenness to develop product knowledge, so that you can be on top of client and team needs
• Admin - booking taxis, couriers, photocopying, filing, etc.

The firm need to see strong organisational and communication skills, exposure to an investment setting and, ideally, a degree level education.
