Our client is a fresh and vibrant, multi award winning PR Agency with a great opportunity for a driven and dynamic Office Manager/PA. This is an all-encompassing role working closely with their incredibly successful and motivated team. The company have a superb presence in the corporate and financial industries and have seen fantastic growth, with exciting opportunities on the horizon.

The role responsibilities include:
  • Liaise with landlord representatives and building manager
  • Review and negotiate service contracts with contractors and suppliers
  • Arrange and supervise scheduled and emergency maintenance visits
  • Plan and co-ordinate changes to layout, interior updates and re-decorations throughout premises
  • Plan and co-ordinate office moves
  • Maintain all fire safety equipment as required by the law
  • Oversee office cleaning and waste management
  • Diary and travel management for two senior partners
  • Diary management to support the HR function
  • Develop business recovery plan and emergency / contingency procedures
  • Update and keep emergency manuals, including key records, contacts, passwords and essential business documents
  • Induct new joiners re IT conduct and internal policies
  • Co-ordinate all third party IT advisors
  • Supervise implementation of system changes, including critical upgrades and software installation on all components of the network
  • User support (for desktop PCs, phones and mobile devices)
  • Carry out internal desk moves
  • Arrange new user profiles
  • Remove profiles and secure data for leavers
  • Assess training needs and arrange user training sessions if required
The ideal candidate will be educated to Degree level or equivalent and have experience working within a professional environment within an Office Management position. This role requires a high level of dedication, a hands-on attitude, a high level of organisation, bags of initiative, attention to detail, patience, team spirit, flexibility and a strong ability to multi-task and prioritise.
